Also, do you actually see authentication failing or it's a cosmatic error?
The "Dropped connection Reconnecting" message is often seen when internal processes need to re-establish connections between themselves. They are only of concern if the connection does not succeed (a process is continually not responding) or the messages occur frequently. They are most commonly seen after services have been restarted while some are in a transient state.
