DECOMPRESSION ERROR IN RE-IMAGING MY ACS1120 5.0

Hello,

I re-image my ACS1120 5.0 but  it fails. I want to downgrade my ACS5.0 to ACS4.2. Downloaded my ISO image file and made bootable dvd. The bootable dvd will atumatically format and reimage the appliance but unfortunately, it does not continueand  give me decompression error.

What could be the workaround of this error?

If you cannot re-image in 4.2 nor in 5.0, nor 5.1 or 5.2, I would think the appliance is good for an RMA ?
