Device Registration with Approval

We are looking for an easier Guest solution. What we want is to get rid of the password for an end-user to login. Basically we would like to do the following flow:

1.      Device Registration

2.      Device access request is sent to an approval (person you do visit)

3.      The Approval valid the device

4.      The device is granted access (free access, no username/no password) 

Basically the Guest User flow with approval but for devices.

This is not possible with ise without designing a special flow, advanced customization and portal to process all this
