DHCP profiling probe not working

Dear all,

I have an issue with profiling services, which is not working for cisco IP phones.

Setup :

1. Cisco IP phone testing with CP8811.

2. Cisco ISE distributed mode in 2.6 patch 7

3.L3 interface is configured with DHCP IP helper for PSN nodes

Issues:

1. DHCP probe is not working at all for CP8811, but works for samsung phone or other work stations.

2. I have disabled all probe except DHCP, but Endpointsource always shows radius probe.

3. LLDP and CDP probing is also not working.

Regards,

MD

Are your NADs configured properly to be sensors? Can you share the config? What about device profiling specifically for the phones in question? Are you attempting to profile with out-of-the-box profiles or did you create your own? If you created your own is it the parent or child policy? Have you taken a look at the following: https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/ise-profiling-design-guide/ta-p/3739456
