My scenario is as follows. I have two groups of users who are dialing to AS5300 and authentication is done on the ACS. The ACS is assigning some users the static ip addresses and some users get ip addresses from the pool. If the user who does not have static ip address and he manually configure the ip address on his pc and the ip address that he manually configure belong to the person who is using the static ip address. (He steals the ip address of the other user) Can the ACS pick it up and can it restrict him access to the network. Because the ip address does not belong to him.
I am not aware of any way that ACS could be aware that someone has configured the PC with a different address or could restrict anything based on that.
Sorry but I do not know any way to do what you are describing.
