Dialup Clinets are facing problems...

Our firm is having problems with users that need to dial into the network. It seems they are having trouble accessing some internal servers as well as to go for internet for realaudio, icq etc which need proxy client to install in the Dialup PC's which we don't want. How our IT industry is handling such senarious with out proxy client people will get realaudio realvideo etc., The dialup clients are windows 2000 professional and the Proxy is ISA Proxy Server and the dialup router is 3620 with PRI 30 channel connection.

The dialup users are geeting their IP address from the local pool and when ever they connected there are getting IP address, subnet mask and gateway as the same IP address.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

3620 will allocate the ip address to the dialin clients based on availability from the pool. Now dialup client will only get ip address (with wins and dhcp) from 3620. There is no way to get the subnet mask and default gateway from 3620. PC by default will assume default classfull mask and default gateway is the same as the ip address allocated.

So the question is, are the users getting the same ip address all the time? Again, 3620 will/should allocate the next free ip address from the pool.
