Yep, NMAP OS identification is known for misfiring on *NIX-based hosts. You can disable OS identification in NMAP Network Scan profile.
At the end, the endpoint landed on Workstation profile. What happens often enough is that an Apple devices will get assigned to Switch profile (whatever it's called).
