Does ISE 2.1 support a way to log Router and switch changes?

New to ISE and I have been asked to implement logging of router and switch changes in a central repository.  Can ISE do this?

Can anyone point me to a configuration guide?

What kind of logging ? Yes it support for Tacacs and radius.

Correct you’re most likely looking for tacacs device administration and command authorization
