Dear Cisco Community members,
Below is the details of my customer customer SMA and WSA.
SMA
Model: SMAv M390
AsyncOS version: 12.0.0-322
WSA
Model: S390
AsyncOS version:11.7.0-334
I found out that some IP that able to be resolve for its domain still shows as IP in my customer WSA log. Is this a normal behavior? Is there any document/discussion that tells more about this?
Please help me as I not subject matter expert is WSA and SMA.

yes this is normal, since akamai IP are used for load balance across global network.

Can I conclude that only valid website will be shown as URL in log?
IP that resolved to domain but it is not a website will not shown as URL in log?

Yes as per my experience, we have lot S690, they all show same. Akamai is more of Load Balancers.
