Please provide additional information.

What type of endpoint is this? Is this 802.1x or MAB authentication? What supplicant is being used if this is 802.1x, native or AnyConnect?

Please post the radius failure logs for us to examine.

The RADIUS failure logs are not showing in ISE. The endpoint is Windows and we are using a native supplicant. Its 802.1x.

Try using the Endpoint Debug tool to see if it shows you any results.

Work Centers > Network Access > Troubleshoot > Endpoint Debug

If you are not able to provide any more details, I would suggest following the troubleshooting steps outlined here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/how-to-troubleshoot-ise-failed-authentications-amp/ta-p/3630960
