Endpoints in Context Visibility is ISE 3.3 Patch 4 issue

We Just upgraded Cisco ISE from 3.1 to 3.3 Patch 4 and notice that we have multiple endpoint under context Visibility that are showing disconnected and grayed out, even when the devices are connected on the network.  The Radius accounting for the endpoints are showing stop and start session. I can see live session for the devices. This issue seems like a Context Visibility only. This is happening for Wired PC's, Printer, AP's, etc... We have TAC case open but I wanted to see if anyone have see this issue.

Looks context visibility is broken. We have experienced this few times in past.

You need to reset the context visibility. Here is the procedure.

even with a restart of the context visibility the error and missing endpoints remains.
