Error message on ISE for WLC

Hi Cisco ISE expert,

I am configuring the Wireless authentication on ISE, and keep getting below error message:

"12929 NAS sends RADIUS accounting update messages too frequently"

I searched forum and found some previous thread, it was saying a known bug, should be fixed by WLC software version 8.x.

My ISE is running version 2.0 and WLC software version is "8.2.100.0".

On WLC->WLANs->WLanID->Security Tab->AAA servers,  I checked 'Interim Update' under Radius Server Accounting and changed the 'Interim Interval' to 1200(it was 0).  but still get the error message.

Can someone please let me know what is mis-configured.

Hi,

this is an bug in the WLC Firmware!!

We had this same error with an older Firmware.
