Error " unable to edit end-point" on cisco ISE 2.1

hello guys

I am not able to delete or edit mab pc end point in cisco ISE 2.1  , getting unable to edit end-point , i am using the admin accout

I don't have an ISE 2.1 system to test this.  Did you try doing this in the Endpoint Identity Group menu under

Administration > Identity Management > Groups > Endpoint Identity Groups   ?

Does ISE 2.1 have the Context Visibility menu?  Can you manage the Endpoint there? In my experience the Add and Remove buttons in later releases of ISE don't work like they used to in older releases.  Context Visibility seems the best place to manage these things.

If you are trying to delete using the context visibility gargabe bin icon and it does not work, looks like you are hitting a bug. BUT, are you using a super admin account?. If not, then you probably have a misconfigured admin access profile for that account regarding the DATA ACCESS option. (RBAC)

You can also try, editing the entry, check for the endpoint group and then configure an PURGE Policy to remove it.

On 2.2 version if you go to the option administration -- > endpoint group, you will get an error and it will not work (I tried it). Not sure if that option works on 2.1

BTW, try to avoid 2.2 version, if needed go to 2.3 version.

I was facinf the same problem in versions 2.1 and 2.2. I suggest to go to
version 2.3 as it resolves most of these bugs
