Error while upgrading ISE from 1.2 to 1.4

Dear All,

We are trying to upgrade ISE from 1.2 to 1.4 but while upgrading it shows error " % Manifest file is invalid"

Any ideas?

may be issue with MD5  checksum matches...try downloading a fresh image
