Fatal error running ISE 2.4 on Hyper-V

After starting ISE 2.4 on Hyper-V, Hyper-V logs the following Error:

<HOSTNAME> has encountered a fatal error. The guest operating system reported that it failed with the following error codes: ErrorCode0: 0x3A77E47, ErrorCode1: 0x40000000, ErrorCode2: 0x1, ErrorCode3: 0x666F736F, ErrorCode4: 0x76482058

Has anyone else encountered this?

I'm wondering if it is safe to ignore it.

 - Some things to consider. Check integrity of hyper-v installation. Do other 'VM-apps' run with or without problems (e.g.). If possible try other hyper-v platform, check if the  problem persists or not.
