Formatting Guest Portal

Hi Guys,

Good Day!

Just want to know if we can format the ISE guest portal. For example, I will include a drop-down menu then every option in that drop-down menu will have different textboxes and labels? Also, those textboxes are formatted (e.g. Employee ID ---> 2010-00001) to minimize human error?

I have never done this my self, but found an interesting document that might give you some idea. Check out the JQuery section starting page 17.
