Functions not enabled for Sponsor Group are showing in the portal

We have a sponsor portal showing options that are not allowed for the sponsor group logging into the portal.

For a new sponsor group, I have specifically disabled the creation of accounts using Import and Random but the buttons to perform these functions are still on the portal when I login from my account in this sponsor group and the buttons function, I can create random accounts and import accounts when I shouldn't be able to.  The Sponsor group is also not permitted to update guest information or reset/delete/suspend accounts yet the options exist on the screen.

Have you verified that the sponsor user account, when logged in, is matched to the intended Sponsor Group?  How many Sponsor Groups do you have?  If you can show those, and the rules for membership.  Also, the Operations > Reports might reveal some useful information regarding the sponsor's login event.

I have resolved my issue, I created a new sponsor group from scratch and the issue is resolved. The previous sponsor group causing issues was created by making a copy of "own_accounts (default)" sponsor group which should have worked in theory but after creating a new sponsor group the options I have removed are no longer visible to the sponsor.
