getting message 'External DB account Restriction'

i have acs 3.2 on windows 2000 server,in external database mapping i map one domain (group with ras users/dialin permissions) to dialup group.when the user is dialing he is not getting ras connection and whan i see his log in failed attempt it shows 'External DB account Restriction'.everything i checket i delete the mapping and recreate it but still the same .please suggest me what to do.

Whenever I've seen this error, it's referred to the "grant dialing permissions" checkbox setting in the windows domain. Either check the option on the user's domain account, or tell ACS not to look for that setting within the external database configuration.

I'm having the same problem as well, and ACS is not set to look for that setting.

Is there anything else in the Windows account I can check?

Is there a workaround in the database config I can try to get this going?
