Guest Authentication failed

Hi All,

I have setup for sponsor based guest access, All working fine but when guest puts its credentials it gets error message Authentication failed.

When i checked in logs i found below error  :

5418 Guest Authentication Failed

22056 Subject not found in the applicable identity store(s)

Please help me on this.

22056 Subject not found in the applicable identity store(s) indicates that the guest credentials typed in to the web portal were not found during lookup. The cause will depend if you are using local accounts or AD for guest access, where are you creating guest credentials?

The identity source sequence mapped to the matching authentication rule likely doesn't include the ID store that the guest account is stored in.
