Here goes my contribution
1.While powering on what are the necessary steps we need to perform to confirm the health of the hardware like POST?
Cisco ISE is a off-shelf product and you should not worry about hardware check. If you try to power it on and it fails or show any issue, you put it back in the box and request the replacement (RMA).
2.If i connect to a core switch automatically can i get a IP Address for CIMC Console and also please confirm that the assigned IP will be in that switch subnet right
Not too clear what you meant here but yes. CIMC is able to get IP from DHCP if available. You will need to find which IP address was assigned to the CIMC.
"The good part is, the CIMC port is DHCP enabled by default. So, you can learn an IP address via the DHCP server, and once you know of that address, you could log in via your laptop browser to the server using HTTPS://DHCP-IP."

3.One field engineer going to perform the initial setup is there any other way we can initial get the cimc console without connecting to the monitor in the sight.
Either you use DHCP or you need monitor. Honestly, get a monitor and a field engineer, you will probably need it.
