How to differentiate policies by IP network in ISE??

I want to create a policy per IP network in ISE.
When a device with a manual IP setting is connected to the switch,
You want ISE to apply different policies for each IP network.

Group_A: 10.1.10.0/24 -> A Policy -> A profile
Group_B: 10.1.20.0/24 -> B Policy -> B profile

Any ideas?
