How to edit authorization policy result profiles

Can anyone tell me how to edit the selected area
or if there is a way to see what any of these profiles actually do
or if their is a specific interface to edit any existing profiles?

In ISE see: Policy->Results->Authorization->Authorization Profiles

That is where you configure authz profiles.  HTH!
