Hello!

Try to restore password from Cisco ACS 5.4 installed on vmware. Where can I get password recovery DVD? There is no in software list on site.

Alex,

There isn't a password recovery DVD, rather you use the installation media for the version of ACS that you're running. Once you boot from it, you will be given a list of options, one of which is to reset the admin user password.
