I have one ACS which is having 2 IPs configured within same subnet. At times one of the IP will be not responding. Please let me know what is the reason for the same.

Are you sure you don't mean that you have 2 ACS servers in a distributed setup ? Or are you using more than one network interface on your ACS ?

I am using more than one interface in the ACS

So are those interfaces in The same vlan ? And using The same network to communicate ?

both are in same vlan and subnet.
