Hi,
We have enabled IBM BIG FIX installation check as shown below.
But this condition fails even if end system has IEM client running.
Hence want to understand, what exactly this check verifies on end system?

This check only verifies if the software is installed on the endpoint, since the Enabled and Update checks are not supported

Hi Imran,
Yes we know that it checks installation of software. But wants to know which file/registry is checked as this check is failing for our customer even though IBM Big Fix client is installed.

If not done already, please open a TAC case and send the DART file to TAC for investigate.
