Team can you help me with this, - what report can be generated to find the the total number of unique users that have been authenticated or posture checked by ISE let's say in the last 24 hours, using filters in context visibility shows me currently logged in users and authentication reports might not give an accurate count of unique users given user might use multiple devices or reauthenticate after reboot

Run a Radius Authentications report, export it to CSV, and massage with Excel. In Excel, you can remove duplicates based on a specific field. That's probably the easiest way.
