Identity group users changing by themselves to another

Hi, team.

I have an issue with ISE; a user who was in a static identity group changed by itself to another.

Now the user is getting failed authorization because of the new identity group:

Would it be a bug?

Do anyone have idea of what can I check?

ISE v3.0

hello @Arthur Martez , I would check first if you are running in the patch 7 (latest version right now for 3.0) just to verify if you are not running into any known bug , in this scenarios where you have changes in the identity groups what you need to look is to profiler.log in the PSN that is authenticating the endpoint to get further insight on these changes you mention.
