Installed Patches version under Patch management is empty

I have a cluster of 2 nodes ISE 3.2 patch-4:  one node primary admin/mnt and another node is psn. I did the followings:

- fresh installed of ISE 3.2 on both sns-3655,

- applied patch-2 via the UI on both nodes,

- make node1 primary admin/mnt

- add node2 into node1

- everything is good so far,

- applied patch-4 via the UI to the cluster.  Everything is good

- Now I can't see any patch version under Administration --> Patch Management .  In other words,  it is empty so if I want to rollback from patch-4 to patch-2, it is not an option in the UI,

- in the CLI of both nodes, I can see both patch-2 and patch-4 via the "show version" command.

Thoughts?

Not for this issue. Better open a TAC Case to find out the issue.

@Kasun Bandara:  so you don't know what the issue is and speculate that it is GUI glitch?  Very helpful
