Installing VMware Tools on the ACS 5.2 VM Appliance

A cursory glance doesn't reveal any instructions on how to do this, does anyone know of documentation out there on how to insall VMware tools on the VM?

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately wmware tools cannot be install on ACS 5.x. Developers are already aware of the situation and there is an enhancement feature request.

Symptom:

VMWare Tools support is not present on ACS 5.

Conditions:

This affects ACS 5.

Workaround:

None.

No ETA for the enhancement. The next ACS version will be ready in summer this year, please look for it around that time.

Thanks so much for the clarification.  This news really made the VM admin's day here were I work.  I guess we will reconsider purchasing the appliance instead.
