It’s all up to the functionality of the third party gear
If they support Dot1x mab then all respective features should work as they are standards
For support of switching permissions (acl vlan changes) after initial auth then they will need to support either radius or snmp based coa
If you want to do guest or other redirects then you need url redirect support
