IP-Device Tracking showing IP address Unknown in ISE

Hello All,

An IP Phone is coonected to a switch port enabled for ISE authentication. IP device tracking autosource is enabled, but still we are not able to see the IP address while doing "sh auth sessions" on the switch. Could anyone please help me with this?

Have you looked at the guide here?

If still having issues would recommend checking code version, the switching community as well and then the TAC if this is urgent

Are you able to see the IP addresses of other devices on the switch? Is the phone working properly on the port? Can you see the IP address using CDP or LLDP?

I would also post the relevant configuration so we can verify it is correct and the show version of the switch.
