Hi, yes it's possible to change the ISE MTU but that requires assistance from TAC to allow to to install a root patch on the ISE node and change MTU at the kernel level, see TAC engineeer response :-

"Thank you for the email, I’ve checked internally for this query and found a way to change the MTU value on the ISE,

This operation will require to restart the services on the ISE so that to take the effect, kindly, provide me with your availability so that to apply it on all the ISE nodes, "

Question why do you need to change MTU size?
