If I have a Cisco Router 3640 for Dial-In and a VPN 3005 behind it to create a VPN Tunnel, how can I avoid the two authentications? Someone knows the bypass to have only one authentication with the RADIUS server or a ACE Server?
Thanks

Help me understand why you are encrypting this dial-up traffic. If they are allowed to dial into your network directly, is the encryption really necessary? The VPN is better suited for tunneling across an un-trusted network (i.e. the Internet). In any case, I dont think youll be able to bypass the double authentication in your scenario.

Yes, I agree with you but the Security Policy is already writen and says that all the comunications (also Dial-In) should be encrypted.
Thanks for your response
