ISE 1.3 HA secondary CPU high load average

I have cluster ISE topology.

This HA is primary and secondary node.

This problem happen in secondary node.

The secondary don't have Auth traffic. But CPU unexpected CPU high load average.

What can I find the root cause on cpu high time?

Which node is your primary Monitoring node ? Also, I see that the CPU again came back to normal after sometime. Are there any scheduled backups configured at that time? When you notice the CPU usage next time to be high, collect the output of "tech top" from the ISE CLI. Please check all of the above and you might see a pattern.
