ISE 1.4 with MAC OS X 10.12

The MAC OS X 10.12 have been released about 2 weeks ago.

I have check in compatibility matric, there are compatibility for ISE 1.4 for MAC OS X 10.12,

But there are no compatibility for MAC OS X 10.12, the latest compatibility matric is for MAC OS X 10.11.

Is in the future will be any compatibilit with MAC OS X 10.12 for ISE 1.4 ?? My customer have ISE 1.4 patch 8 but doesn’t support MAC OS X 10.12 in MAC Book Pro ..

We tested macOS Sierra (10.12) with ISE 2.1 Patch 1, 2.0.1 Patch 1, 2.0 Patch 3, 1.4 Patch 9, and 1.3 Patch 7. No issue found other than a need to update macOS SPW to 2.1.0.42. Please ensure also the posture feed is updated.

How about ISE 1.4 patch 8, our customer have a problem with it. The agent doesn't pop up for MAC OS X 10.12.

Btw, are we gonna update the compatbility matric document for MAC OS X 10.12 ? I have check it, but doesn't find MAC OS X 10.12.

Which agent? Is posture feed updated? Since our team tested Sierra with ISE 1.4 Patch 9, I would suggest to update the patch level. Our doc team is working on updating the support matrix.

NAC agent is EoL.

AnyConnect

AnyConnect 4.3MR3 (3086) is now available with various fixes including additional Mac OS 10.12 (Sierra) compatibility fixes.

If still not working, please open a TAC case.

we use, NAC Agent 4.9.5.

Is NAC Agent will not supported for MAC OS 10.12 or later in future?

End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco NAC Agent Software - Cisco says,

Mac OS X Compatibility Information

                The last Mac OS X release supported is 10.10.x.

hslai, there are different information in compatibility matrix document.

In compatibility ISE 1.4, MAC OS Agent 4.9.5.3 still support MAC OS X 10.11
