Is there a way to retrieve the client MAC address when the ISE portal is initiated?

Are you talking about an ISE guest portal ? What do you mean by retrieve ?

Yes from the ISE Guest portal on a wired network. Basically, we want to capture the Mac Address of the machine through a Java Script before the acknowledgement is presented back to the guest.
