ISE 2.1 GUI is not displaying any log and showing no data found and  i m running 2.1 Patch 3 version. Screenshot attached.

Is there any bug related to this or is there any troubleshoot steps/guide for this kind of issue.

It indicates that log files cannot be retrieved from MnT.  There are a few different cases where this can happen.  I would try restarting active MnT node to see if that provides quick relief.  I highly recommend upgrading to 2.1 Patch 4 posted in May which addresses all many MnT related defects:

CSCvc74307  ISE /var/cache/logwatch temp files are not removed

CSCvd56328http://wwwin.cisco.com/ops/infra/pds/cbms/cdets/legend.shtml  SYSAUX tablespace is getting filled up and causing CPU spike on MNT nodes

CSCvc75209http://wwwin.cisco.com/ops/infra/pds/cbms/cdets/legend.shtml  High IO and High CPU on oracle process on MNT node

CSCvc79739 EDF_DB_LOG Still Growing in Size May Cause Large Backups or Backup Failures

CSCvd81222  MNT collation job is required to be fine tuned to avoid it from long running.

I could only find this:

CSCux44311

It might be worth going through the steps anyway.

I changed the IP of both ISE nodes. After that monitoring stopped working and live logs were empty.

To resolve it, I moved the monitoring node from the S-PSN to the P-PSN. Now logs were showing. Then I moved monitoring back to the S-PSN.

Running 2.4.0.357 Patch 2
