ISE 2.1 Link Remediation Issue

Hi guys, my ISE 2.1 seems to be having an issue particularly in Link Remediation maybe you encountered this also and I would like to have a feedback how to resolve it.

i have a link remediation that points the user to our fto server which opens via web browser. so when a user click start during the remediation process the colon in the ftp url address is lost in which the ftp will not be shown in the browser.

What was the FTP url that you used with posture? I know that the format "//<server-name>" was not supported.

If I am using the incorrect format what would be the correct one?
