Anyone else getting this error on a fresh ISE 2.1 install? Looks like trust is enabled by default, but the test connection is failing.
FeedService test connection failed : Feed Service unavailable : ConnectException invoking https://ise.cisco.com:8443/feedserver/feed/serverinfo?ISE_VERSION=2.1.0.474: Connection refused **Please ensure that the certificate store on ISE has a valid and enabled entry for either the root certificate or the intermediate certificate for the SSL server certificate chain of Cisco ISE feed server. **Please ensure that Proxy settings are configured if needed to reach Feed Server.

Well... I just noticed the port - 8443, which is forbidden in our environment. I have allowed access and now the result is Success. It is now updating. Thanks again!

A colleague tried a manual update on there ISE 1.4 standalone and it worked ok although it took 5 minutes to update 40 OUIs only. That is quite long. I also tried cURL test via my cellular connection and no connection errors.
You might be having specific network issues trying to get to the profiler feed. would recommend working through the TAC to help troubleshoot if needed

Thanks for testing, I just finished upgrading our environment from 2.0 to 2.1. Although, as I remember, this manual test always has resulted in this error. I'll contact TAC with this issue.
