ISE 2.1 User and Network Device Groups

Hi, 

I noticed that groups created for user and Network Device cannot be promoted, demoted or moved to another branch.

For example

Top level group> sub group1> subsub group2

sub group1 cannot be moved/demoted to subsub group2 level.

sub group1 cannot be moved/promoted to Top level group.

Is there a way to do this that I am missing out?

You cannot move a sub-group to another sub group. Idea behind is to have different Network device to be be part of parent and child behavior.
