I have a customer who recently upgraded to patch 7 (2 weeks ago). Since the upgrade they have had 2 system crashes apparently caused by Java-related errors. Are there any known issues associated with this behaviour?
Hi Will:- If the crashes are related to some Java errors, please do open a TAC case if not already done. Java crashes can have different causes and TAC/ESC will need the core files and corresponding hs_err_pidXXXX.log files to investigate.
