ISE 2.3 and Social media Activation

hello all

when i tray to add identite social media in ISE 2.3 patch 4, i get this message 

"socialLogin.Error while establishing connection against remote site: Social Login provider's root CA chain does not exist in ISE or exist but is disabled/expired or untrusted for client authentication in ISE. please check Social Login provider's root CA in Trusted Certificates page."

i have created all the requirement.

Any one can help me with this  ??

please check out CSCvk65898 ISE 2.4 : Social Login e2e flow fails due to recent changes done on Facebook side
and work through the TAC
