Hi All
l have a customer using Single Click Sponsor Approval feature in their setup. Everything works for this solution the Approve/Deny link.
However, when the Guest request access to Guest portal the user gets approved email from different user that he or she is visiting.For e.g. if l say on Guest page l am visiting joe@cisco.com l get approval from Gill@cisco.com.
Please help?

Is Gill the one that clicked on the link?
Are they requiring authentication for then sponsor?
Need more information on exactly who and what is happening along with settings
If not sounds like a bug so make sure you’re running latest patch
Call the tac to investigate

Is Gill the one that clicked on the link?---------No Joe is the one l am visiting and l put his details on Guest page.Joe approves the email from me(Guest) and l (Guest) get email from Gill with Guest details login.
Are they requiring authentication for then sponsor?(Yes from AD all Domain users are approvers from my setup.so they get email saying approve/deny,then they click approve then access granted.
