ISE itself can't limit bandwidth for guest users but it can pass QoS
attributes to NAD devices if they support limiting guest bandwidth.
For example, for guest users connectivity to WiFi with cisco WLC, you can
pass advanced attributes to WLC from ISE by appending them to authorization
profiles

hi
ISE itself can't limit bandwidth for guest users but it can pass QoS
attributes to NAD devices if they support limiting guest bandwidth.
it means wireless client has to support then only it works otherwise wont work.
