ISE 2.6 Self Signed Certificate Denying CSR Bind from Internal CA

I am trying to bind a CSR to be used for the Admin role. 

When binding I get the error; 

"There is one or more trusted certificate(s) with the same subject name and issuer but having a different serial number...."

The serial number in the error points to the self signed certificate which cannot be deleted.

Thank you, this has fixed the issue. - I added something into the OU field. 

The error should not say "same subject name AND issuer" - very confusing.
