ISE 2.7 Network Devices export/ Blank CSV

Hello team,

We are facing this weird issue.

When we are trying to export network devices standalone/group/all, we are getting a blank csv.

We are currently using ise version 2.7 patch 1.

We tried using different browsers, same result.

We tried to import a test device, we managed to export it alone but when we try to export all we are not even getting the test one.

The account we use has admin rights.

These network devices were added via restore of a configuration backup. Maybe that caused the issue?

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Please confirm if your NADs are configured with description or not.

If not, can you please perhaps add description to few NADs and see if you are able to export them?

There were few issues reported where patch 2 resolved the issue so you can try that as well.
