Hello there,
I just updated a ISE from 2.7 to 3.4P1. We use an api user to check the backup status of the nodes. After the update we only get 404. SNMP checks with the same user work fine. The buttons to toggle Open API are missing since the upgrade. I also checked the changelogs for the API but could not find anything useful. https://developer.cisco.com/docs/identity-services-engine/v1/changelog/#changelog
How do I enable Open API again?
Best Regards,
Philipp

Hello Greg,
Hello World,
thank you for clarifying the OpenAPI topic.
I found the issue we are faceing: ISE 2.7 uses a high port for API calls and ISE 3.4 only supports 443.
Best regards,
Philipp

As stated in the Admin Guide:
"From Cisco ISE Release 3.4, OpenAPI is enabled by default. ERS API services are disabled by default."
If you want to provide more detail about the exact API calls you are trying to make, we may be able to test it as well. It should also be noted, however, that ISE 3.3 is the current recommended version for a Production environment.
