ISE AD integration trying to join domain -LW_ERROR_ERRNO_

Error Name: LW_ERROR_ERRNO_ECONNREFUSED
Error Code: 40265

no other info.  Thats the only error I get. 

Any help??

ISE 2.1 has been end of support for many years now. Install ISE 3.x and try with that.

Also see How to Ask The Community for Help for examples of the level of detail we need. A single error message with no context is not helpful.

I thought that might be part of the solution. Could you point me to an upgrade path from 2.1 to 3.0?
