Cannot upgrade fpr-2110. Has anyone seen this?

I am attempting to upgrade my ISE 2.1 environment and am trying to backup my configs. This is what I see:Is there anything I can do to get the gui working?

ISE version 2.1Error Name: LW_ERROR_ERRNO_ECONNREFUSEDError Code: 40265 no other info. Thats the only error I get. Any help??

That's where I am stuck. There is a deployment pending that keeps failing. See attached screenshot.

New to ISE and having this issue. Can you start with the latest patch or do you have to install all patches in order?

Got the file copied to repository. Now download is failing:ideas?

Our ISE went down and we are trying to get them backup. Cisco will not support until we get to 3.0 so that what I am trying to get to.
