ISE AD Login not showing Network Devices

We have two ISE nodes, version 2.3, seem to configured properly.

Servers are integrated with AD and we have AD user group configured as "Super Admin Menu Access" and "Super Admin Data Access" with "show" set for all permissions.

When we log in using AD credentials, in "Device Administration-Network Resources-Network Devices" menu we can't see devices. In the upper right corner "Total 24" showed,  but they don't displayed on web page.

When we log in as local admin, it's fine.

We restarted both ISE servers, but without results.

How to improve this problem?

Potentially... you might run into either CSCvk10156 or CSCvk50720.

I would suggest you to map AD groups only to the built-in ISE admin groups, but not create new ISE admin groups.. And, ensure the users in only one of the AD groups mapped to ISE admin groups.
